Refund & Return Policy

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Package the product securely and include all original documents and receipts.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • If you received a promotional discount or free item with your purchase, the refund will reflect the adjusted price after discount.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized watches
  • Gift cards

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
